Thought I’d post the first two poll results. In our first poll, “Which of Aya’s roles do you like best?”, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya won by a landslide. Not much love for NANA or other shows outside of Death Note and Lucky Star.

The next poll asked “Which new single is your favorite?” with surprising results. I had been thinking LOVE GUN was the popular favorite among Aya fans out of her new singles, but Neophilia was a strong victor with LOVE GUN and MonStAR close in votes.

This week’s poll was a little more boring so far with most people selecting “both”. I’ll let it run until a week is up (Wednesday) and then add something new.

I also plan to release a new Aya Picture Gallery soon containing all photos that do not fit into one of the current albums. This includes photos of Aya found in a gravure idol magazine. So stay tuned!

Here is Aya performing a rock version of Bouken Desho Desho at Animelo this past summer. It must be a fairly new video because I haven’t seen it before. And the rendition of the song is great too. You can view it below.

Here’s another interview with Aya Hirano on 11/24/07.  It was on the Kaitai Shin Show.  Aya is the narrator for this TV variety show based on strange facts about the human body. Here she is interviewed about which of the body’s mysteries she found most interesting.  Kind of a weird topic but hey its Aya.
